In the 1st Big Q, we explore how our subconscious image of God is shaped by the illusion of separation. You'll gain powerful insight and healing as we explore your past and uncover the life events and influences that contributed to your feelings of alienation from God. As distortions are replaced with truth, you'll encounter God in entirely new ways, igniting profound revelation and transformation as you experience God's outrageous love, radical grace, and unbelievable goodness.
2nd Big Q - Who am I?
In the 2nd Big Q, we delve into the intricacies of how our subconscious self-image is formed and influenced by the illusion of separation from God. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you'll gain clarity on the individuation process and uncover the lies that have distorted your self-perception. 3rd Big Q - Why am I here?
In the 3rd Big Q, you will be partnered with an Emerge alumni to explore a profound revelation. There is a divinely orchestrated thread of purpose that God has woven into every aspect of your life, even the most painful experiences. Miraculously, your seemingly random process of individuation, although influenced by the illusion of separation, has uniquely shaped you into someone with the power to significantly impact others. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you will embark on a journey to uncover this hidden thread and articulate the exact reason for your existence in a simple, life-transforming sentence.
4th Big Q - Where am I headed?
In the 4th Big Q, with the illusion of separation from God exposed and a very clear understanding of God, yourself, and your why, you are empowered to dream God-sized dreams and receive God's seemingly impossible vision for your life. As the Holy Spirit reveals your future, it will begin to influence you more than your past. Hearing God clearly and operating more and more out of your true identity in Christ, you will be prepared to make pivotal, life-redefining decisions that redesign your life and align you with the future God has planned for you.
5th Big Q - How do I get there?
In the 5th Big Q, we'll explore self-mastery and leadership through the lens of union with God. You'll identify areas for growth and assess what's needed to pursue your purpose and finish well. It's not just about reaching the finish line, but how you run the race. You'll learn to abide in Christ and co-create your vision with Him, becoming an influential world changer who perseveres until the end. The Holy Spirit will impart profound revelation on self-control and cover topics like time-management, self-mastery, emotional intelligence, and leadership from a union with God perspective.

Hi! I'm Schlyce.
As a speaker, author, and transfiguration coach, I empower believers to hear God clearly about their life purpose and make a difference in the world the exact same way Jesus did - through oneness with the Father.
As the CEO of Rethink and creator of Emerge School of Transformation, I am on a mission to transfigure the Body of Christ by unveiling Christ within them and through them.
Everyday I am releasing world changers who, like Jesus, are doing only what the Father is doing. As a result, they are divinely empowered to leave an indelible mark on humanity.
My life's work, through Emerge School of Transformation, is unlocking the impossible and revealing the inner genius, ingenuity, and full potential of tomorrow’s masterminds, change agents, and cultural movers and shakers through union with God.
